We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products can therefore be returned within 14 days of receipt and your payment will be refunded. It is important that the product is not used, damaged or washed.
Complete the following steps to return the product successfully:
As soon as we have received the package, and the product meets the return conditions, we will refund your earlier payment to your bank account within 5 working days.
If the product was delivered faulty or damaged, please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible. Add a few pictures of the problem as well. We will contact you within 2 working days for a suitable solution. In this case, FLXBL Yoga will reimburse any shipping costs.
If you wish to exchange your FLXBL (for another color), let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you the new mat and pay for shipment. We will not reimburse any return shipping costs.
In case the product has been delivered in good condition, but you have still decided to return it, FLXBL Yoga will not reimburse the shipping costs. When the product was delivered already faulty or damaged, we will of course reimburse the return shipping costs.
