We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our products can therefore be returned within 14 days of receipt. Your payment will then be refunded. It is important that the return shipment meets the following conditions:
- The product has not been used or damaged.
- The product has not been washed. Clear washing instructions are provided physically and/or digitally to prevent the mat from being washed incorrectly. If this is the case, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.
Complete the following steps to return the product successfully:
- Send an email to email@example.com announcing that the product will be returned.
- Add a document of your original order to the package. This can be a printed order confirmation or invoice. We would like to receive the product in its original packaging.
- Send the parcel to:
As soon as we have received the package, and the product meets the return conditions, we will refund your earlier payment to your bank account within 5 working days.
Return shipping costs:
In case the product has been delivered in good condition, but you have still decided to return it, FLXBL Yoga will not reimburse the shipping costs.
Faulty or damaged products:
If the product is delivered faulty or damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Add a few pictures of the problem as well. We will contact you within 2 working days for a suitable solution. In this case, FLXBL Yoga will reimburse any shipping costs.
If you wish to exchange your FLXBL (for another color), just send an email to email@example.com as well. We will send you the new mat and pay for shipment. We will not reimburse any return shipping costs.
