All orders from the customers of FLXBL’s online shop are distributed from our warehouse 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. Our office operates from Monday to Friday.
All orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days, with the exception of public holidays. We will make any effort to dispatch all items within the indicated periods, but we reserve the right to exceeding the term of delivery.
In the Netherlands the items are delivered by DPD & DHL, usually within one working day. After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. When we dispatch your purchases we will provide you with your order’s tracking number, so you can track your shipment online. Deliveries outside the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL and your local courier.
Most likely, yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select "Begin Checkout." In the "Shipping address" section, select the "Country" drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don't ship to you. In this case, we'd suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.
We use DPD & DHL for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
Please ensure to provide a shipping address that DPD & DHL is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if DPD & DHL is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
